STEVE'S RUN HAS BEEN CANCELED.

After extensive consultation with the Cass County Emergency Management Agency, Dowagiac Police and Fire departments, and the Van Buren Cass District Health Department, SMC has made the difficult decision to CANCEL the 52nd Steve’s Run scheduled for 6 p.m. this evening, July 17, due to hazardous air quality from wildfire smoke.

Registrants for the 5K and 10K runs will receive a $20 refund through the RunSignUp.com platform. Race packets with t-shirts will still be available for registrants to pick up at the SMC Bookstore on the Dowagiac campus this evening (Friday) from 4 p.m. to 6:30 pm, or next week, July 20–24, at the Cashier Window in the David C. Briegel Building on the Dowagiac campus during regular business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
